Policy Agreement
We understand that unexpected events sometimes happen in everyone's life. In our effort to be efficient and fair to all clients, we maintain the following policy:

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. This allows someone to schedule an appointment. If you fail to notify us within 24 hours, you will be charged the full cost of the appointment. This amount must be paid before your next scheduled appointment.

No-Shows
Anyone who forgets or cancels an appointment for any reason will be considered a "no-show". They will be charged for the "missed" appointment.

Latecomers
If you are late, your session may be cut short to accommodate your next appointment. Depending on how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time left to begin treatment. Regardless of the length of your current treatment, you will be responsible for the "full" session. Out of respect and consideration for your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and arrive on time.
